Disability Friendly Trail at Nags Head Woods
According to an article it the Coastland Times on May 17th, the Nature Conservancy will unveil a new trail for people with disabilities. The trail will also be great for families with children in strollers.
The ceremony and ribbon cutting will take place on June 8th at 1:00pm. Construction was possible by grants from Dominion Energy, Dare County Tourism Board, Outer Banks Community Foundation, Kiwanis Club of the Outer Banks and North Banks Rotary Club.
Come out and enjoy more than 100 species of birds, 15 species of amphibians and 28 species of reptiles.
