Guest Check-In Information

Your much anticipated Outer Banks vacation is just around the corner! Below we have listed answers to some of the more frequently asked questions our guests have prior to their arrival. However, please feel free to give us a call if there is anything we've failed to address.

CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00PM. With our convenient off-island Check-in Center, you can anticipate picking up your keys after 9:00am. Given the logistics of cleaning each home during the six hour window between check out and check in, we ask that you cooperate with us in getting your home prepared for your arrival. If your home is ready upon your arrival, you will be checked in and sent directly to your property. If your home is NOT ready upon arrival, we will take your cell phone number and contact you when the home becomes available. Under NO circumstances are you to park at or enter the home prior to your notification or while the cleaners are cleaning the property. A door hanger will be placed on the main entrance when the property is complete.

Our Check-In Center is open daily until 5:00pm; during the peak season, we'll most likely be here later! However, should you arrive "after hours", a packet with keys and directions to the home will be left in your purple gift bag on our office front porch. If you know ahead of time that you will be arriving late, please notify our office in advance by calling 866-760-3526.
