The Wings Over Water Wildlife Festival is a six-day celebration of the wild side of the Outer Banks region of North Carolina, is set for Nov. 3-8, 2009 which spans Veteran's Day weekend. 4th Annual Outer Banks Marathon and Half Marathon- November 8
The marathon starts in Kitty Hawk, the half marathon starts at Jockeys Ridge and both cross the beautiful Washington-Baum Bridge; and finish on Roanoke Island. obxmarathon.org
