Each week Élan Vacations’ guests at a Outer Banks NC Vacation House Rental receives an extensive Hospitality Giftfilled with signature Élan products including bottled water, gourmet coffee, spices, Walking Tour Guide books, and numerous beach and overnight essentials (a retail value of $75). From Memorial to Labor Day we provide complementary delivery of the USA Today newspaper to every guest and owner!
Our in-house Maintenance and Pool & Spa departmentsallow us to maintain competitive pricing structures while enforcing strict quality control and a timely response for owners and their guests. Our Maintenance Plan is billed at a nominal flat rate once a year and covers all calls,from the guest or owner, requiring 30 minutes or less to complete; regardless of the number of times dispatched. In 2004 we brought Pool & Spa service in house; structuring our fees based on occupancy versus an annual flat rate thereby ensuring dollars spent are relative to service received.
At Élan Vacations, we realize that a guest’s perception of the Outer Banks Vacation House Rental they’ve chosen and the Rental Property Management company itself is directly impacted by the cleanliness of the home and the housekeeping services provided. Our in-house housekeeping staff is trained annually on the proper use of the chemicals we provide and the adherence to the strict cleaning guidelines we have set. A one and one half “par” of turnover linen & terry is purchased for every homeowner at a direct cost to Élan, and we pride ourselves on furnishing luxurious 17lb terry and 200 thread count linen; a difference in quality that is noticed and commented on frequently.
An innovative and cutting edge marketing campaign are integral components of our plan for success in Rental Property Management. In late 2005 we partnered with an Inc500 company who is an industry leader in web site management. After in depth consultation, site changes were put in place to ensure premium placement for pay-per-clicks from Google, Yahoo, AOL and other search engines.
