The founders of Élan Vacations have over 40 combined years of experience in the travel and tourism industries with an emphasis placed on property and destination management, real estate development, and marketing & strategic planning. Each individual brings with them a strong network connection with industry-related professionals and associations, and has built lasting relationships in many local government & non profit organizations.
Guided by a shared company vision and strengthened through long-standing business relationships the Elan Vacations has formed a solid foundation for our rapid success and sustained growth.

Management Team
Norman T. Bibeau-President: Having served 25 years as President of Norman/Francis Associates, a direct mail marketing company located in Northern New Jersey, Norman brings to the team unlimited resources and a vast amount of expertise in the Marketing, Solicitation, and Direct Mail Campaign areas. Serving a variety of clients in the New York Metropolitan area, his diverse and innovative business experiences bring a unique perspective to the team and business at hand. With heavy involvement in Warehouse & Operations Management, he plays a key role in the operational side of our Maintenance & Housekeeping departments. In addition to being a business owner, Norman is also a property owner with two homes listed in our Elan Vacations program; giving him a unique perspective from both the business side as well as the owner’s viewpoint. Norman is a licensed NC Real Estate Broker/Realtor and is primarily responsible for new owner acquisition.
Dawn Tillett-Vice President/Secretary: Dawn brings with her a broad knowledge of residential building construction and property management with heavy emphasis on Maintenance & Housekeeping services and personnel. Former experience includes the design and implementation of in-house maintenance & housekeeping programs and staff training and development. While primarily responsible for these two areas, Dawn also acts as the Elan Vacations liaison between homeowner & vendor during the annual review of homes and makes suggested recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
